Philips GoGear 4GB SA5425 technical help?
i bought this at factory direct on wednesday and it was working fine until yesterday night i was syncing music on my gogear and i cancelled the syncing and took out the player i turned it off immediately then when i turned it on i just went to gogear and it froze. i called their tech support 3 times and they asked me for a serial number but i dont know where it is they all told me to open the device manager but my computer does not recognize the player at all. i dont know what to do please help me
