guys please help out, Which shaver to go for, Braun polsonic or Philips Norelco?

Okay, I have a very complicated and sensitive neck, so as a result I always face serious problems shaving my neck and get lots of in growing hair and razor bumps. I've been using Braun's shaver since I started shaving my face and never tried rotary shavers. My latest shaver that I?ve been using it for quite some times is Braun Activator (85 85), but since I get lots of razor bumps, its time to change my electric shaver. Which one do you guys recommend, Braun polsonic or Philips Norelco?

I use the gillette fusion power and that really keeps the bumps down for me.
