Possibly.
If your Philips MSN Live Internet Phones are connected to your computer via USB Port or an audio input port, than it will work with Yahoo Messenger.
If the phone doesn't have any input device other than bluetooth, it is possible that it will work.
To make sure it will work, open your control panel in classic view and choose Sound. Click the Recording Tab and speak into your phone. If you see wavelengths go up and down, you can use it in Yahoo Messenger.
In Y! Messenger, choose preferences, microphone or whatever, and set it up. [I haven't used Y! IM in a year, but I remember it well...]
