...manage it keeps saying? Windows cannot load the divice driver for this hardware .The driver may be corrupt or missing and I bought a new external one and it said the same thing when I pluged it into the computer though it came with a driver disk and I put it in the external and it didn't do anything I can't install windows 7 on my laptop without a a CD drive please help this is a windows XP PC
