my mother got this camera about a year ago. we never figured out how to make it work. when we try to turn it on, it says philips on the screen then it goes to a blank screen. a green light comes on and then it beeps about alot of times. so how do we get it to come on? i mean it comes on but how do we get it to show something on the screen? i dont really know how to phrase it...how do we get it to work?...i guess. please help.

If it has not been charged recently it probably needs charging.Connect it's USB cable to your computer to charge it.
