i ordered a new philips lightscribe dual layer dvd burner and can seem to get

things installed.? it came w/ only one disc, nero 7. that seemed to install o.k. but now i cant install the philips intelligent agent. iclick the short cut and the little flashligh pops up as it looks for something on-line of in my files but doesnt work. what should i do?thanks for response, but it is sata so i dont think i need to set jumper or bios. the player does work as i played a cd in it. i cant get the software to work correctly

So, you put the drive into your computer - but you need to make sure to set the jumper on the drive correctly (master/slave) and then make sure bios is set to automatically detect the drive.Once you do this, then the computer should recognize the drive, and then windows will be able to use it.
