i dont really know of any places of getting them without internet unless you have a cord that hooks up to your phone.myxertones.com is a good free ringtone site.and u can upload your own songs and take any part of the song you'd like.they send it in a text message and some phones can download it straight from the text without internet..but some phones require the internet.
