You mean an mp3 music track? I think you have to have a program like that on your phone. Like my phone has a mp3 player and I can record songs but it won't let me use it as a ringtone. To get mp3s on your phone from your computer you have to have some kind of special connection, usually using a cable and a music player to transfer the songs from the computer to the phone.
