I have a sprint katana, and i don't know how to get ringtones without having the internet on it, so do you guys have any answers or ideas. Please don't leave an answer that says I don't know.

Some phones can connect to the computer. So you could download from the internet and then from the computer to the phone - you can transfer files with a memory card as well. You can text ringtone services who will send you your ringtone over the phone network. This usually costs a few pounds. You'll find these companies in the back of magazines and online.

You sure can. Purchase a USB-cellphone cable, like this:http://www.cellphoneshop.net/usbdacaforsa21.html or an equivalent ((not sure if this is the correct cable for the model phone you have but you can see what I mean).With that cable (and software) you connect your phone to a USB port on your PC and you can upload ringtones, pix, contact information, etc. You can go one step further and make your own ring tones with additional software you can purchase. I bought my own application but if you do a search you can find several out there where you can sample sound files and make your own (how about the sound of your own voice telling you that you have a call!).But it all starts with getting that USB-cellphone cable what is usually specific to a certain phone or group of cellphones. You can go on to sprints website and see if they have ringtones on it, and than download them to your phone by putting your cell number in. or you can go to other websites that have ring tones, but with them, you might have to pay monthly to do it, so read the fine print before you do anything!!!

Some of the sprint Katana phones have ringtone volume problems, but yours seems just getting the ringtones. I do know that ringtones are equipt on the phone already and are free and compatible with the phone and it is a wide selection but if you would like to acquire more ringtones and you don't have the internet feature you will be paying thru the nose thru a 3rd party carrier whom may charge you repeatedly for that ringtone or send you other tones just to raise the bill. My advice to you is to contact Sprint and ask them if you can order ringtones thru them online.
