i called the technical help provided on the website and all they told is to download windows media player 10 and i did i tried syncing but my device is still not recognized. i cant download samsung media studio becuase i need directx 9.0c and i dont know where to get that. all i need is to put music on my mp3 its been over 3 months. plus when i plug it in it says found new hardware but before i was able to plug it in and it would be recognized and i would just drag and drop. plus i dont have the cd becuase i bought it off a friend and he bought it off a friend. someone please help me.
