Ok so my good ol' buddy has a samsung a737 slider phone and for some reason, her phone can't vibrate anymore, her settings are the way they should be, so is there a way to solve this problem?and another question, she wants to know if you can hang keychains or things like that on the phone, i told her no but if there is a way then kindly explain how.

The way to get her phone to vibrate is to call up her service provider from an alternate line and get them to troubleshoot. If her phone is still under warranty, than she will receive a new phone. If she is not under warranty she will have to do an upgrade
