so ive got a samsung tv brand new 40" hd tv. i also bought samsung home cinema system and a 5.1 speaker set.ive hooked the 5.1 to the dvd player .. i get sound .. but i get no picture // the dvd is wired up to the tv through hdmi... it isnt on the blue screen with check source cables its just a black screen so that must mean its reconised theres somthing in the port? but im still getting no picture.also how do i get the 5.1 surround sound to play my skytv also ?its wired up through the home system ports.there a optional digital audio out on the tele and a digital audio in on the home system does that mean all i have to do is buy a digital cable n plug it in for me to get sky though my 5.1?the main issue is the dvd player with no picture...the dvd player is built into the home stystem btwthanks IMO

Ring up the number in the instruction booklet.Maybe you have loose conenctions or faulty software.
