I dropped the phone in water and I dried it. I tried everything and it still won't work. The little sticker on the battery turned purple. Does it mean that it can't be fixed

this can be fixed, take it to a mobile phone place where they fix it. this happened to me, it costed me 80 dollars to get it fixed!goodluck.
