LG Viewty or Samsung F490?

I found a Samsung phone on this website and I don't know if this phone is released already or not. [url]http://www.gsmarena.com/compare.php3?idPhone2=2203&idPhone1=2070I[/url] compared the Viewty and F490 only to find that the Samsung phone is better,but I saw some comments which said that the Samsung phone takes a long time to load and it does not contain some features which the Viewty has.I think I will go for the Viewty but I don't know if it is the right choice...
