How to connect my Samsung D600E with Internet via PC D-Link?

I have Samsung D600E mobile set. & I have WiMAX Internet connection in my PC. 1. you can use your mobile as modem by connecting phone to pc.2. for browsing in mobile, you need GPRS connection, you cannot borwse in mobile using the PC internet connection.
