1) Verizon normally disables the ability to write stuff via USB to your phone. However, syncing MP3's using WMP seems to be an exception as I have done it with my wife's Juke. They also say you can take MP3's from VCAST/Get-it-now and make them Ringtones; I've not tried to make one of the downloaded MP3's into a Ringtone on her phone (yet). I can tell you that I've sent MIDI files to my SCH-u410 using Verizon's MyPix web site and it worked very well as a Ring Tone2) I believe so. I haven't done this with the Juke, but I have transfered pictures from my SCH-u410 using BitPim and BlueTooth. Using the USB cable on the Juke should be simpler. However, using BitPim and Windows Media Player may require different phone settings. See the information on the SCH-u410 on the BitPim site. Also, be aware that BitPim is not the easiest piece of software on the planet to use.
