How Do I Update My Samsung YP-T10's Firmware???

I have already downloaded the firmware but i dont know what to do now.

There should be a guide as a pdf file on the samsung download site near where you downloaded the firmware. Also the main thing that i would suggest you do is make sure that your Windows media player is up to date and a valid copy or else copying the files will not work.
