Does anyone have a Samsung t619 and can help me transfer all my contacts in my

phone to my SIM card? Okay so my phone broke. The screen has gone blank... whel white/grey and I can't see anything. I need someone who can take me step by step (what key to hit, how many times to hit the down arrow to scroll to the correct selection, etc.) and I mean exact steps to copy all my numbers from my phone to my SIM card. I have a new phone on the way, and I don't have time or the means (aka a license) to get to the T-mobile store way across town. Please I need your help.
