I have a Panasonic and am partial to the brand. All 3 have very good TV's though. I'd go for the best bargain of the 3.

I am buying the Sharp Aquos LC-32GP1U. It has the most amazing specs of any 32'' TV I have ever seen. 6ms response time, 10,000:1 Dynamic contrast ratio (2000:1 native), 3 HDMI, 2 Component, 1 DVI, 1 S-Video, 3 composite, digital and analog audio inputs and outputs. The TV is fully loaded with ports. It has a special Game mode to kill any lag between the screen and the console. And its the only 1080p 32" TV right now. The picture is freaking amazing. I have read every review under the sun, the only dissatisfied people are ones who get defective TV's from online stores. ^_^
