I get a sharp and loud warning sound (beep) 4-5 times, while starting my Dell...

...Inspiron laptop.? Also, when I start my laptop, often it directly goes into Setup. Many times, it starts normally but keyboard doesn't work. After pressing F2 key repeatedly, the keyboard starts working. Any suggestions? Any guesses why this happens? Thanks in advance.
