Yes. When dealing with enharmonics such as G#=Ab.......C#=Db, and so on, E#/Fb & B#/Cb are the only occasions where an instrumentalist actually plays a pitch that is identical to the adjacent note/tone in it's otherwise "natural" state. This concept, intended to preserve both the intervals AND rules regarding "note notation," in a particular key are best understood by examing them visually on a piano keyboard.

Yes it is. Its called an inharmonic note like D# is E flat and B# is C.

yes it is. because E sharp is just a note higher than a regular E and F natural means a note lower than the regular F. so it would be the same.

E sharp is the same as F natural on any instrument because it's just an E that goes up a semitone and thats a F natural. Think of a keyboard because the flute and the piano have the same pitches.
