...with it? A lot of caffeine? I was out with some friends the other night and randomly out of nowhere I had wicked chest pains didn't feel like a heart attack obviously but I had to get outside it was so hot in there and I been getting them a lot lately and I've been wanting to go see a doctor but an answer would be helpful. Was it an anxiety attack because lately i've had a lot on my mind, plus I lift weights, I do eat a lot of carbs and I'm hooked on caffeniated drinks...what do you think could be causing it?

could be anxiety or it could be the drinks your drinking as well. Or you could have pulled a chest muscle...I would talk to your doctor and maybe get him to check your heart it could be angina attacks.

Go to the doctor to be safe. Chest pain is not something to wonder about. It is better to be safe than sorry down the road.

Probably wasn't a heart attack, what a heart attack feels like I've heard is actually a ton of pressure on your chest and pain/numbness in your right arm. But I get those pains too, caffeine is high in acid and will cause "heart burn" which isn't about your heart but it feels like it because acid goes up your esophagus. I hate it, but then I just have some tums and it settles down.
