I don't really know but it might have something to do with your body preparing to have a child...go to your gynecologist or your obsteotrician if you're really worried.

it could just be your body getting ready for yournext baby, i had that after my second child, i gotsharp pains in my vagina, my doctor said it was just my body healing over the process of my vaginastretching from having a baby

i had a urinary tract infection (infection from the kidney down to your vagina) and i had the sharp pains as well. i recommend going to see a doctor asap because if thats what it is then you want it to be treated right away.
