i keep gettin a stingy kinda pain in my stomach around my belly button and it feels like im bein stabbed, but it goes away and then comes back after a few minutes.it is not cause im hungry cause if i get sumthin to eat i get full after a couple bites & i never got this kinda pain b4, it juss started last nightany ideas of what it could be? what could be causing it?

It is not normal to have sharp pains. it's could be gas. I would call my doc and have them take a look into.
