i am 28 weeks pregnant and i am having sharp pains they are constant is it normal?

it could be gas...5 means you are unable to move as a result of the pain...

Honestly it is probably normal (round ligament pain as someone else suggested) but you should get checked out to be sure. The risk of ignoring it and it being Preterm Labor vs. the time it takes to go to the hospital or midwife and being sent home are not compairable! You shouldn't take that risk. I would go in to be evaluated just to make sure.
