I have been for the past 2 hours on and off when I cough or sneeze had slight shooting pains in lower abdomen. They are not really terrible hurting but just there. I heard it is a sign of early pregnancy??

are you late, if yes you should take a test and find out whats going on in there. if it comes out negative you should see your doctor

All kinds of good stuff is going on down there. I feel cramps and shooting pains usually around 5 days past ovulation. Just don't make any sudden or jerky movements.
