It can be, or it could just be ligament pain - the hormones you release when you're pregnant start relaxing the ligaments in your pelvis very early on in the pregnancy.Are you having any bleeding? If so, or if you are worried, try giving NHS Direct a call (0845 4647), or your out of hours doctor.
