Default sharp pain in my right side of my back and shoulder?

in early september, i partly dislocated my right shouler while serving in volleyball, my coach rushed me into playing again when my sholder had not fully healed, well anyways now when ever i swing my arm up in a motion that is simmilar to an over hand serv, it tears up my shoulder so it hurts really bad, this week in gym i am doing volleyball, and my shoulder temporarly hurts after i served, but yesterday i had gym, and served a few times, not i have a sharp pain allong my right upper back, and my shoulder, to make things better even the slightest movement with my right arm causes a lot of pain. i know that you are thinking that i should have not served overhand to begin with, but my teacher said that i was only allowed to serve over hand. well next week i have swimming, so that will be no fun, i guess what i am asking is what should i do about my shoulder, my parents think that it is nothing and that i will get over it, but my shoulder is killing me. are there anything that i can do?

If your still in school then you need to go see the school nurse, then maybe she can explain to your parents that you need to go see a Dr. and at least have some x-rays done or even a MRI.
