It could possibly be something like an angina pain, although with such a short duration something like indigestion is probably far more likely especially given the lack of any risk factors for heart disease in what you have mentioned. If the symptoms continue it might be a good idea to get it checked out for your own peace of mind, the same goes for if the pain comes on and continues for a prolonged period (in excess of say 20 minutes) or becomes significantly more severe. Also do you have a family history of cardiac problems of some kind (specifically in close members of your family, note most families have some so mostly only close (by genetic heritage) blood relatives are cause of concern) ie siblings, parents and possibly grand parents, less so uncles/aunts and other extended family. One thing I can tell you for sure is your symptoms do not sound like a Myocardial infarction (heart attack) the symptoms would last significantly longer than a few minutes and would be excruciatingly painful usually with pain radiating out into the left arm etc and with concurrent shortness of breath etc.the symptoms also typically have an onset lasting several minutes before reaching their peak and persist for some time (They are often preceded by angina like symptoms involving pain for 20 minutes or longer in the patients history prior to a full MI as well). So I think you should not be too worried, although as I say if the pain gets significantly worse and/or you have an episode lasting 20 minutes or longer then you may wish to see your doctor, if pain persists in a single episode for longer than 20 minutes an ambulance would be advisable however as that could indicate something serious, especially if it is combined with a feeling of chest tightness, shortness of breath, fatigue, or weakness.
