well not to be vague but possibly?.... if your a young white female there is a chance ur getting spontaneous pneumothorax's (sub pleural blebs). But sounds more like costochondritis or a little pleuritis all of which are normal. I had costochondritis in my teens and it hurt like getting stabbed with a knife... go to the doc just to be absolutly sure and if you haven't had ur yearly physical let him/her know then.

sometimes it does that to me. it comes and goes. if the pain is severe and feels unbearable, it may be a spontaneous pneumothorax. this is common in very tall people. if it happens often, i wouldn't worry too much. sometimes it is your heart beating strangely, normal also in everyone. or it could be a stretched muscle, also common.
