I have a sharp pain under my left and right breast?

Its as if something is stabbing me in the sides could it be a chest cold...I dont have shortness of breath It hurts more when i bend over Its a horrible feeling

it could be a pulled intercostal muscle..(the muscle between each rib) when you breathe the muscles contract sending a shooting pain from your side to the end of your rib.i suffer from pulled intercostal muscles alot.
