[10/10/08 with a baby girl]

last night i was having really bad pains in my back, i couldnt do anything to get rid of it, it just hurt so bad. im almost 27 weeks pregnant, could it just be back pains or something more.

could be back pains, but if they were cramps or like the back pains one usually gets with their period, you should call the dr immediately.I would take a warm bath or put a heating pad on your back. Also try some stretches. You can google online for back stretches for pregnant ladies.I had really bad back pain Saturday, my dr said it was probably just because I went for a very long walk and over did it abit.
