I've had this before but now I get it 1-10 times per day the last few days...Why?

The baby is dropping down, which is normal. I had the exact same thing, but every pregnancy is different because you carry each one differently. If it starts to feel unusual in any way, besides the frequency, you should call your ob-gyn. You might also go through a series of false labor pains, too.peace to you.
