It may be that you are exercising too soon after eating a meal and it is causing your intestines to cramp up..? I can't say for sure, nobody really can, because we aren't able to examine your insides to see if anything is wrong.If this is becoming consistently worse, then I would certainly make an appointment to discuss it with your doctor.I'm not concerned about your appendix, simply because that kind of pain doesn't come & go, but predictable pain in any region of the body is something you should have checked out.
