help! sometimes (and right now) i get a realllly sharp pain in my lower

back, it hurts sooo bad to move? if im still it wont hurt but the slightest movement hurts really bad. right now its only on one side. but sometimes its on both. usually it will only hurt for 5 min or so.but today its been about 4 hours. what can i do
