had a sharp pain on my side for about 10 seconds just wondering what it could have...

...been? could it have been from yoga? My right side is a little sore to but its the muscle that feels sore. It was just a pain out of nowhere i was playing backgammon with my dad and it slowly started to hurt more and more and more then just went away so do you think it could have been from yoga?oh it was my left side that the pain was on
