Default Sharp Hip Pain! Please it hurts!?

I fell on my bike, landing on the left side.. Hitting my elbow and hip on concrete. It hurts at a certain spot where I step. I can barely walk, it takes me 5 secs or longer to take one step. Please help me. I am only 15 years old.Explain, what a pinched nerve is, and a fracture.

You need to see a doctor right away. You may only be 15 but you could have a fracture.

Your injury depends on where you're having pain. If the pain is on the outside of your hip, sort of where your thigh and pelvis meets (there's a bone that you can feel there), it's probably bursitis from how you landed. That will usually get better eventually, though physical therapy can speed that up. If your pain in is your groin, especially when you put weight on the leg, that is a broken bone until proven otherwise. SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY. If the pain is in the fleshy part of your backside, it's likely a bruise.
