4 1/2 weeks pregnant and sharp twinges?

I am 4 1/2 weeks pregnant and have been having cramps - I know this is normal but this morning I slipped when coming down the stairs- I didn't fall but tweaked my side a little and it still hurts tonight - more sharp pains, but not bad. Is it possible I just pulled a muscle or something worse - is my little guy gonna be okay in there?

Call your OB to get yourself checked out for you and your baby's sake.
