You can't get sharper teeth naturally. Don't try to do anything extreme because you could end up extremely hurting yourself or with extremely expensive dental repair work. In general, you only need "sharpness" on your front teeth to bite off a piece of whatever you are eating. After that, the food moves to your back teeth to be ground and mashed by your bigger, flatter molars (which are not sharp.) If you are having difficulty taking bites, stick to soft breads for sandwiches, and for everything else use a knife and fork. As far as everyone else knows, it will be because you would like to be a neat and clean eater!

your teeth are probably sharp enough....unless you have a SEVERE grinding/clenching problem at night, you can't have possibly dulled your teeth at 14 to the point that you can't chew...why on EARTH would a 14 year old need implants??? this is almost the craziest thing I've heard!! if ANYthing maybe replacing yoru teeth w/ crowns, but i still don't recommend that for someone your age.i gues I need to know more about what your problem is...can you send me more details? I don't see why you should have anything done...good luck!

I don't think it's possible for you to have dental implants, because you're 14. You jawbone is still growing. Dentists won't let you. To achieve a sharper teeth? Well, I think all of us have sharp teeth. Every tooth we have, they corresponds to different functions; like your front teeth, to cut; your molars, to grind... those sort of things.
