...NO sharp metal pieces.? I have about 8-10 large bumps on the inside of my cheek probably because I talk 24/7.What can i do to help this?So far I've put wax, oragel, and advil but nothing seems to work and I have several cuts that are bleeding.

If Oragel isn't helping then i would suggest calling your Orthodontist. It is normal for the braces to cut your mouth up especially when you first get them on. But if nothing is helping then you need to call and see what they suggest.

for about the first week there going to do that because you mouth isn't use to it yet. just use lots of wat and advil. I promist it will get better i've had mine for about 4 months. HINT: never use oragel!

get that wax on good, obviously you did not apply it right cause that used to work for me fine. really gooop it on there
