Default what factor is primarily responsible for the sharp contrasts between Old World
and New World civilizations? this question is for HIS 121, The Native Americans. Some of the things covered in this chapter is Christopher Columbus' arrival in 1492; the three most advanced american civilizations - the Maya, the Aztec, and the Inca.
