Could be a number of different things. How long is the pain lasting? Are you drinking enough water? Could you be dehryated, or maybe you pulled a muscle and its spasming. I would suggest call your Dr and have him/her take a look at you. Chances are things are ok and you just pulled a muscle or need more water in your diet. Good luck!

The area you mention sounds more like your right ovary. Get it checked out, but it's probably nothing more than monthly ovulation. Some females get irritation from that occasionally, and others don't.If it was appendicitis, the pain would be lower down. Best to get it confirmed with the doc just to be sure.

If you haven't already, you're probably getting ready to start your period. Those sharp pains are red flags for your period. I would wear a pad or something just in case.
