You have BILLIONS of little blood vessles in your scalp. Our bodies are so strange, we can bump something and ten minutes later a lump shows up just off of where we hit it. You more than likely have a hemotoma (bruise) on your scalp, like a big blood blister. The pulse thing is just because it is healing and you have so much blood running through there. Go see a doctor, or at the very least, the nurse at school.
