i want a camera that will take really sharp photos bt i'm on a budget. About

$150 - $200 :S? what do u suggest i look for in a camera?What qualities etc.Also, are underwater cameras as good quality? I had one that was 6 mega pi and it to really grainy photos?Thanks so much in advance
