I am 19 weeks pregnant. The baby has been kicking. I believe I had some heart burn yesterday afternoon. However, I think it was unrelated to this. Is this normal? It woke me up.It was at the top of my abdomen.

If your baby is kicking and moving around a lot, it may be that the baby is kicking another internal organ.My docs thought I was having a severe gall bladder attack that would need emergency surgery until they did an ultrasound of my gall bladder and you could see the problem plain as day - my baby girl was extremely active and kicking the snot out of my gallbladder! You could actually see her little feet pushing against it making little indentations.Hopefully that is all it is since it doesn't sound like a kidney stone. Call your doctor if the pain becomes more frequent, if you notice any bleeding, or if the baby stops moving for a long period of time.

It may just be your baby hitting a nerve!I would get it checked if your really nervous about it hun..But maybe just the baby moving around.x

It is normal to start having heart burn in your 2nd stage of pregnancy. cause you don't have any of the morning sickness or anything like that. also you will start to experience some contractions during pregnancy which is called.braxton hicks contractions....

it's probably your baby kicking your organs. shouldnt be anything to worry about but if you're worried call your doctor.
