Sharp pain between my shoulder blades?

I have a cold and just a few hours ago I sneezed really hard (I know it sounds dumb)and every since I have had a sharp pain between my shoulderblades on the right side. It hurts most when I cough, sneeze, or breathe deeply. Please help and tell me what it is, if it will last, if i should see a doctor, etc.

I would definately see a Dr. if the pain subsists. I once had a cold that turned into pneumonia. I actually coughed & sneezed so hard that not only did I separate 2 ribs, but I also got pleurisy, which is extremely painful. It is inflammation in the pleura cavity that surrounds ones lungs. The pain was so excruciating that it was hard for me to even try to sit up, or to recline if I was sitting up. The pain was not just in my chest area, but also in my back. I sure hope you get to feeling better.
