I THINK I swallowed a piece of my braces. Not a bracket or anything but a little part of the ring around my back tooth. It didn't seem to big. I'm not sure how many days ago I swallowed it. My wire had been acting weird and I finally checked to see what was wrong and a little piece was missing when i compared the rings on my teeth to each other. And now when I breath in all the way I have this pain in the middle (off to the right a little) in my chest. I'm trying to call my mom becuase I'm scared of what might be wrong. I'm even like crying. Am I overreacting? Or should I go to the after hour clinic? Or even possible the ER? Please answer. =(Thanks fer answering. =) My mom is on her way here now and she's taking me to the after hours. She said they have xrays there. =)

i recommend the er...could be nothing but you simply over reacting, but at the er they can do xrays and tell you what it is that is making your chest hurt. good luck!
