I get random sharp pains all over my body?

I'm 15 and a female and I just get sharp pains all over my body. Like it can be my arm, my knee, stomach, anywhere but it only lasts for like 30 seconds - 1 min.What is this?

u get those when your young.there growing pains. u will be fine

I am also 15 and i get those all the time, it feels like that part of the body is in a spasm. It could be a pinched nerve but since there all over your body its less likely. If you are unactive these pains can increase. But don't worry there normal, everyone gets them.
