I had a sharp pain in my left side, just below my rib cage. Then major

cramping. Then fever, and now loose? stools? Could I have a touch of salmonella poisoning? The only thing I have eaten today was a couple of eggs over esy and toast. Oh yeah, some nausea accompanied this awful feeling as well. Uggggh.
