Default When I drop off to sleep, I sometimes feel that sharp, abrupt dropping
sensation. What is going on? and when I do get that falling sensation as I am dropping off to sleep, I am having to wake myself up again. Its like a yo-yo. Why do I get this sensation when I fall asleep.

its just your body falling asleep but your mind is still awake
